Three things worth knowing
Built around the hardware.
The top of the handle is braided
Four strips worked over a rolled core, so the section that takes your shoulder keeps its shape while the rest of the strap softens.
The mirror charm comes off
A heart-shaped mirror on a lobster clip, in the same leather as the bag. Clip it to the D-ring, the strap, or leave it in the box.
Studs run the whole strap
Not just the flap. Five buckle positions take it from the hip to the underarm, and the stud line doubles as the marker for where you left it.
We made one bag and spent two years on it instead of making twelve.
Materials & origin
Three colorways are embossed with a fine crocodile grain; one is left metallic and crinkled, the finish that slouches from the first week rather than the first year.
Cut and closed in a twelve-person workshop outside León, Guanajuato. Lined in undyed cotton twill, with one flat pocket and no logo inside.

What fits

Care
Wipe with a dry cloth. Condition twice a year with a neutral cream — never oil, which darkens the crinkled finishes unevenly. The embossed grain holds dust in its low points; a soft brush clears it. Pale colorways pick up dye transfer from raw denim, and that is not reversible.
Shipping
Ground shipping is complimentary over $150 in the U.S. and Canada, 3–5 business days. Express is $18. International rates are calculated at checkout; duties are prepaid to the EU and the U.K.
Returns & repair
Thirty days, unworn, in the dust bag and with both charms, on a prepaid label. After that we repair rather than replace: stitching, studs, buckle and zip for the life of the bag; leather panels at cost.

Two emails a month at most. Restocks, the occasional workshop note, nothing else.
